Manager
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member in managing and orchestrating digital transformation projects with clear output expectations.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather user requirements.
- Identify risks and track them through to resolution.
- Conduct management presentations on transformation progress.
- Analyze and streamline operational workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
- Support team operations and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in business process optimization, system migration, project management, and implementation.
- Experience in ICT is preferred.
- Outstanding communicator capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Transformational mindset with strong change management skills.
- Understanding of telco products and workflows is highly preferred.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
