Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member in managing and orchestrating digital transformation projects with clear output expectations.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather user requirements.
  • Identify risks and track them through to resolution.
  • Conduct management presentations on transformation progress.
  • Analyze and streamline operational workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Support team operations and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in business process optimization, system migration, project management, and implementation.
  • Experience in ICT is preferred.
  • Outstanding communicator capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Transformational mindset with strong change management skills.
  • Understanding of telco products and workflows is highly preferred.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
