Customer Service Officer
Your role:

Responsible for accurate order fulfillment within agreed lead-time

Work with other business units to pursue service provision on project schedule

Communicate with customers for order-related issues and resolve discrepancies

Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines

Assist superiors in ad hoc operation tasks
To succeed in this role:

HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above

1 year of working experience in operations or system input

Focused and strong attention to details

Good interpersonal communication skill

Proficient PC skill and system applications

Proficiency in Cantonese and able to communicate in English
