Business Process Analyst

As the key stakeholder to provide reporting, data analysis and quality assurance service in order to improve the efficiency & productivity, minimize the operational risk and provide management insight.

The Job

• Prepare operational and management reporting to support decision making on business and financial objective
• Design and continue review on internal/external regular reports to improve accuracy and efficiency in preparations
• Data and Report analysis to understand the business behavior and provide management decisions
• Conduct quality assurance activities across operational, billing and payment data
• Perform and facilitate requirement collection, analysis, management and communication / negotiation with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate reporting enhancement
• Assist the Manager to perform ad-hoc project

The Person

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Statistics, Operation Management or other related disciplines
• 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in telecommunications service industry and/or with IT knowledge and background
• Experience in Report preparation, data analysis and control procedures would be an advantage
• Customer and result-oriented, energetic and well-organized person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong numerical and analytical ability to identify key issues and solutions systematically
• Proficiency in VBA and sophisticated Excel skill would be an absolute advantage
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
