Account Service Officer

Your role:

• Handle customer service hotlines, provide ease of contact service, support account groups with effective order management and service coordination.
• Act as the interface for customers and internal working partners in handling complex commercial products, services enquiries, and applications.
• Handle minor projects and assignment independently.
• Handle service requests raised by customers and related the issues to relevant internal parties.
  
  

To succeed in this role: 

• Graduated from IVE/Higher Certificate/ High Diploma in Telecommunications or Business Administration or Information Technology or the equivalent; or
• Form 5 with minimum 2 years of experience in customer account servicing stream
• Keep posted on telecommunication products and services.
• Customer-oriented, innovative, and self-confident
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
