财务经理

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Performance Analyst to join our growing finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working for day to day financial operations of HKT IT.  Strong background in accounting and finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, support business case preparation, performance tracking, intra-business reconciliation…etc
• Prepare routine financial reports and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare Annual Operating Plan and follow up tracking and re-forecast
• Work closely with Group Finance to support the teams on various finance issues
• Ensure compliance with accounting rules and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or member of accounting associations.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, desirably in sizable company
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in Oracle Finance is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and business sense.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

3、准备年度运营计划，跟踪并重新预测；

4、与集团财务紧密合作，支持团队解决各种财务问题，确保符合财务规则和公司政策。

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，会计等相关专业，8年以上会计工作经验，有四大事务所/集团公司工作经验者优先；

2、具备较强的分析和财务建模能力，精通Microsoft Excel和Oracle Finance尤佳；

3、优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，较强的问题解决能力和商业意识；

4、适应在快节奏、充满活力的环境中工作，具备独立工作和团队合作的能力。
