Purpose:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to support the payroll administration across overseas countries. This role primarily focuses on managing vendor relationships and ensuring accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
Job Description:
- Oversee payroll vendors to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of monthly payroll, including gross to net calculations, social contributions and tax payments, in compliance with company policies and local regulatory regulations
- Manage fund requests, payroll journal entries, annual payroll activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, collaborating closely with HR teams and external payroll vendors
- Maintain and regularly update payroll schedules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and country-specific policies and procedures to uphold best practices
- Support annual audit processes by preparing and providing necessary documentation and reports
- Contribute to upcoming projects, such as vendor migration and payroll process improvements
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll administration, preferably within an international context
- Good command of English and Cantonese (both written and spoken)
- Good Excel skills and experience with HRIS (such as Success Factors, ADP) is a plus
- Proactive learning mindset, organized, excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- A good team player with a positive working attitude, self-motivated and results-driven
- Immediately available is highly preferred
