Service Engineer, EMS

Your role:

在网络运营中心（NOC）提供技术及运维支持。

为项目提供技术支持，包括设备安装、变更及维护，确保服务实施的高效性；

支持NOC对托管网络设备（如防火墙、路由器、交换机）进行远程诊断及故障恢复；

处理托管网络设备的临时变更需求；

监控及分析生产力和服务表现，确保服务质量。

To succeed in this role:

学历：计算机工程、信息技术或相关专业本科及以上学历；

经验：至少2年IT网络相关工作经验；

技能：

具备路由器、交换机、防火墙及网络管理工具的实操经验；

熟悉TCP/IP、LAN、WAN、QoS、BGP、OSPF、SDWAN等网络协议与技术；

必须持有CCNA认证（或同等资格），CCNP认证（或同等资格）优先；

语言能力：精通粤语，良好的英文水平；

软性要求：具备良好的沟通能力，成熟且责任心强。

Referral Bonus Amount

CNY 5,000

Referral Bonus Payment

In general, referral bonus will be released by two instalments with 50% of the bonus amount for each instalment. 

The bonus will be released to the referrer through payroll in the following month after the referee has successfully completed 3 months of employment (i.e. 4th month) and 6 months of employment (i.e. 7th month) respectively.
