Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and support of Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365 platforms, including Collaboration Services, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Copilot, Power Platform, and identity‑related services (AD / AAD / hybrid identity).
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft 365 and identity services, including:
• Incident resolution and service request handling
• Root cause analysis and problem investigation
• Impact analysis, testing, and change execution
• Prepare and execute change management activities, including change plans, risk and impact assessments, testing, and post‑implementation validation.
• Work closely with cross‑functional technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of changes, upgrades, and service improvements.
• Support system upgrades and new feature rollouts, including:
• Upgrade preparation and testing
• Coordinating testing sessions with application teams and end users
• Monitoring rollout progress and addressing issues during implementation
• Assist in project‑related activities, ensuring deliverables are completed according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures to support service continuity and audit requirements.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in large‑scale IT infrastructure and system support environments.
• Solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows platforms, and enterprise identity services.
• Experience in project support or project management within an enterprise IT environment.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is an advantage, particularly Microsoft Azure, with hands‑on experience in design, setup, and administration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
