Job Scope

1. Collect and analyze business requirements from end users.

2. Design, configure, and deploy workflows within the IT Management system

3. Set up and manage system modules and infrastructure to support business workflows.

4. Act as a liaison between end users and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication.

5. Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and product modifications.

6. Provide ongoing technical support and training to end users.

Skills & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computing, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in system administration, business analysis, or workflow systems.

Technical Skills

• Basic programming knowledge in Python, HTML, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL preferred).
• Understanding of Linux systems; Alibaba Cloud experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of other IT Management Platform (ITOM/ITSM/ITAM) or business workflow systems is a plus.

Professional Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Smooth Putonghua and Cantonese are preferred
• Good communication skills for bridging business and technical teams.
• Ability to support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
• Willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
