Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various HR functions (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, etc.) to understand business requirements, process pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis covering core HR, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and other HR system areas.
- Gather, organise, and prioritize business requirements; prepare clear functional specifications, user stories, or BRD/FRD documents.
- Work with Technical teams or vendors to translate business needs into system configurations, enhancements, or integration solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end project delivery, including system setup, user acceptance testing (UAT), data preparation, change management, and post-go-live support.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system integration to improve HR operational efficiency and user experience.
- Prepare basic training materials, assist in user training sessions, and provide ongoing system maintenance and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3 years or more of relevant experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or HCM system analysis, implementation.
- Domain knowledge of core HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation is preferred; experience in regional/multinational environments is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft or SAP SuccessFactors HCM is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Power BI, Power Automate is a plus.
- Proven ability to apply structured analysis and problem‑solving techniques to identify root causes, optimize processes, and enhance HR technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to interact effectively with both HR business partners and technical teams.
- A true team player who contributes positively in cross-functional environments and can also work independently when needed.
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese (Mandarin an advantage); good at written skills.
