Service Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and distributors.
  • Collaborate with vendors and distributors to discuss and negotiate quotations based on maintenance contract details and input from the Service Sales team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including the group purchasing department and engineering team, to enhance proprietary tools and systems.
  • Prepare and generate necessary items for contract renewal based on vendor quotations and Service Sales team input.
  • Input contract cost elements and related information into the system for quotation generation.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the equipment maintenance service
  • Proven experience on vendor / distributors’ management
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand customer needs
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Good organizational skill and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
