Service Executive
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and distributors.
- Collaborate with vendors and distributors to discuss and negotiate quotations based on maintenance contract details and input from the Service Sales team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including the group purchasing department and engineering team, to enhance proprietary tools and systems.
- Prepare and generate necessary items for contract renewal based on vendor quotations and Service Sales team input.
- Input contract cost elements and related information into the system for quotation generation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the equipment maintenance service
- Proven experience on vendor / distributors’ management
- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
- Good organizational skill and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
