Service Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound & outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The primary focus of this role is to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships by promoting and selling our equipment maintenance services. The ideal candidate should have a customer serving / sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities:

Calling existing & potential customers, convincing them in signing the hardware maintenance service agreement by highlighting the advantages of the offer package;

Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with Company’s services;

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients via conference call, highlighting HKT’s edge on maintenance services;

Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and service technicians, to ensure accurate understanding of customer needs and smooth service delivery

Using sales scripts to drive sales and respond to customer rejection

Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:

Proven track record, preferred 2 years+ as a telesales executive;

Strong sales & negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, capable to speak fluent Cantonese & English, both written and verbal

Ability to understand customer needs

Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
