About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Console Connect, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth. You will leverage your sales expertise and tech-savvy mindset to connect with potential customers, demonstrate the value of our cutting-edge Network-as-a-Service, and close deals. What You’ll Do:

Prospecting, Educating, Demonstrating, Closing

  • Take the prospect from interested, to excited, to a satisfied Console Connect customer.

  • Reach out to interested prospects.

  • Proactively identify potential customers within the USA through various channels.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends in telecommunications, NaaS, SDCI, cloud, and digital transformation advances.

  • Share successful customer stories with potential prospects.

 

Customer Engagement and Qualification:

  • Assess and qualify leads through various sales methodologies.

  • Provide guidance on how Console Connect's offerings align with the evolving needs of potential customers.

  • Educate our key personas on the value of Network-as-a-Service.

Product and Service Demonstration:

  • Host remote meetings to uncover business problems and demo how our NaaS platform and easy-to-use portal solves them.

  • Confidently demo Console Connect's innovative platform.

  • Clearly articulate the business advantages and value propositions to meet customer requirements.

Closing Deals:

  • Drive the sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure.

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records, updates, and reports in our CRM system.

  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competition to refine sales strategies.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Proven track record in technology sales, with a history of achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Strong understanding of telecommunications, SaaS, cloud, and digital transformation.

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
