HKT Graduate Development Programme - Solutions Delivery aims to equip you with the relevant skills, professional certification, and wide exposure to cloud, cyber security, smart app and network domains as well as mega projects with new technologies. It is an intensive and structured 18-month programme with 3-4 job rotations to accelerate your career development as a technology solution delivery expert of tomorrow.

  • What will you do?

    You will have ample opportunities to gain a broad understanding and experience of commercial business operations through practical work attachments in system integration, enterprise managed services, application development, managed services, project management, etc.

  • Who is the programme open to?

    • Degree holder in engineering, computer engineering, science, IT or related disciplines, with: 
    • Self-motivation, agile mindset, curiosity and passion to explore new technologies  
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
    • Possession of CCNA, ELK, Splunk, MCITP, AWS or Azure will be an advantage 

  • Career Progression

    • Upon completion of the programme, Technical Associates will take up exciting roles which are equivalent to Senior Technical Officer or Professional Band.
