Project planning and coordination

Leading and supporting system upgrades

Responding to incidents and ensuring timely resolution

Driving workflow optimisation and improvements within live/news production environments
Expertise
-
NRCS/MOS automation for real-time graphics and rundown clip triggers.

Production systems and playout automation.
-
Graphics templates such as CG automation, Studio AR/VR, data sources, MOS control, and playout.
-
IT & networking: Operate switches, workstations, servers, backups; administer Windows/Linux/macOS in converged broadcast-IT.

Maintenance & compliance: Execute maintenance plans; track nonconformities and corrective actions; keep audit-ready records.

Vendors: Coordinate integrators, upgrades, and support with schedule/quality control.

Security: Apply patching, access control/MFA, encryption, monitoring/alerting, incident response, and third‑party risk checks.
What makes you succeed
-
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.

5+ years of experience in IT, broadcast engineering, or system administration.
-
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, networking, and virtualization.
-
Experience in supporting mission-critical systems in a 24/7 environment.

Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Scripting: VS Code/Python/PowerShell/Bash for checks, logs, deployments, backups.

Config/versioning: Backups, change tracking, rollbacks.
-
Storage/MAM/DR; cloud/streaming; REMI with monitoring and security.
