Senior IT Support Officer

Your New Role:

• Implement , configure, and maintain IT/Broadcast system.

• Work hand-on with Cisco networking, VMware, and Active Directory to ensure a reliable and  secure infrastructure.

• Prepare comprehensive system and network  documentations including design specifications, maintenance procedure, and routine checklists.

• Support day-to-day system operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting  and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with Broadcast Engineer, Software Engineer and Networking teams to delivery end-to-end facility solutions.

• Coordinate with external IT  vendors and provide daily helpdesk technical support to internal users.

What makes you succeed:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.

• Minimum  2 year solid working experience in Desktop, Server and Network administration

• Certifications such as MCSE or CCAN are preferred.

• Practical experience with MS Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange Server, Data Backup solution, IIS, Apache, VMware

• Experience in designing, building and maintaining system and network infrastructure

• Responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both English and Cantonese
