IT Support Officer

Your New Role

• Perform hardware and system administration, installation and upgrade

• Prepare system and network infrastructure documentations including Design, Maintenance and Routine Check

• Manage and monitoring IT systems, assets and software licenses

• Coordinate with IT vendors; provide daily helpdesk technical support to internal users

What makes you succeed

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related disciplines

• At least 1 year solid working experience in Desktop, Server and Network administration

• Qualifications in MCSE and CCNA are preferred

• Hand on experience in MS AD, DHCP, DNS, Exchange Server, Data Backup, IIS, Apache, VMware

• Hand on experience in designing, building and maintaining system and network infrastructure

• Responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of English and Cantonese
