Production Assistant

Your New Role:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Producer and production team
• Assist with shoot arrangements, logistics, and coordination
• Handle documentation and administrative tasks
• Support on-site production to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Leverage AI and digital tools to streamline post-production workflows (e.g., auto-transcription and captioning, AI logging/tagging of footage)

What makes you succeed:

• Degree or diploma in any discipline; TV Production or Mass Communications preferred
• Creative mindset with strong conceptualization and execution skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and a strong team player
• Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in non-linear editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Knowledge of AI tools and graphic software (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
