Content Creator (AI)

Your New Role:

· AI-Driven Visual & Text Content Generation: Efficiently generate high-quality commercial images, social media copy, and script concepts using AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, or Claude

· Prompt Optimization: Draft, adjust, and optimize precise prompts based on brand guidelines and project requirements to deliver outputs that meet professional, commercial standards

· Refinement & Touch-ups: Polish and refine raw AI-generated assets (e.g., using Photoshop to correct imperfections in AI images, or Premiere to edit AI-generated videos and voiceovers)

· Deliverable Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI-generated components into final design drafts, videos and social media posts

· Tech Scouting: Continuously track and test newly released global AI tools (such as cutting-edge video generation and voice synthesis tools) and evaluate the feasibility of integrating them into the team's workflow

· Standardization: Establish and maintain an internal "Prompt Library" and AI creation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to boost overall team productivity and project turnaround

What makes you succeed:

· Highly skilled in operating mainstream AI tools with exceptional prompt engineering capabilities to guide AI in producing high-quality deliverables

· Possess strong visual aesthetics, sharp textual sensitivity, and layout skills. AI is your brush, but the "soul" of the work still depends on your creativity

· Familiar with AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, or Claude

· Highly self-driven with a strong learning agility to proactively discover, test, and master new AI tool

· Proficiency in traditional Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) for post-production fine-tuning and detailing

· A basic understanding of AI copyright, licensing, and compliance within commercial or media projects

· Relevant professional experience in media, TV production, design, or digital marketing industries is a plus
