Senior Vice President, Client Management

Sales Director – This is a GTM (Go-To-Market) management role responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to meet the business goals for the target client segment.

 

You Will:

  • Develop a business strategy in the target industry segment to meet booking, revenue and profitability targets. Business plan should cover target accounts with clear executable plan to penetrate or grow the account.
  • Lead the client management team to farm and hunt in existing and new accounts to meet their sales target. To coach the client team in developing the account strategy and building account plans for all major accounts.
  • Lead the account team to develop the client executive engagement and coverage plan. This is to ensure good management line of sight in major accounts, and be able to address client’s concerns promptly resulting in good customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong executive relationship with key accounts so as to elevate account relationship to more strategic partnership.
  • Establish strong relationship with key partners who can support the GTM plan and joint opportunities.
  • Develop good relationship with Lenovo sales leaders to facilitate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in target accounts.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and reshape the business strategy to succeed.
  • Require to travel on business engagements

 

You Bring:

  • Degree holder preferably in Business, IT, or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 12 years of work experience and in a middle or senior sales management and business development role selling IT infrastructure or managed services or application development services.
  • Strong CxO client relationships
  • Experience in closing large deals (> US$5m) in areas including Digital, Enterprise Applications, IT Outsourcing and/or Infrastructure
  • Strong business acumen
  • Up-to-date on technology trends
  • Ability to work with Alliance Partners and execute joint business plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with various levels of management and key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
