Sales Manager

Your Role

  • To achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Opening new accounts, particularly focusing on the SME sector.
  • Analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Preparing sales forecasts, proposal and reports

 

Performance will be measured against the following KPIs:

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Growth in the client base and market share, particularly within the SME sector.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
  • Team performance and development.

 

To succeed in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in media sales, digital advertising sales is a definite advantage but not a must
  • Knowledge of digital display advertising (web and mobile)
  • Good record of successful deals closed
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with advertising agencies and advertisers
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
