Sales Manager
Your Role
- To achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Opening new accounts, particularly focusing on the SME sector.
- Analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
- Preparing sales forecasts, proposal and reports
Performance will be measured against the following KPIs:
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Growth in the client base and market share, particularly within the SME sector.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
- Team performance and development.
To succeed in this role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in media sales, digital advertising sales is a definite advantage but not a must
- Knowledge of digital display advertising (web and mobile)
- Good record of successful deals closed
- Build and maintain quality relationships with advertising agencies and advertisers
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
