AVP

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of regional ODC team staffs in support of ODC business operations, including but not limited to transformation and business project tracking and reporting, quality management service, security and compliance, all operational delivery reporting and training/development specific to ODC requirements.
  2. Take part in ODC leadership staff meetings, provide insight to initiatives and recommendations.
  3. Conduct/participate in special project analysis and insight, produce corresponding reports, and provide necessary analysis and support for ODC business development.
  4. Represent ODC resource management to connect with other relevant departments of the enterprise, collect and analyze data, and assist in decision-making.
  5. Coordinate resources, track the projects supervised by the vice president of ODC, and promote the business implementation and decision-making.
  6. Complete the work/project/tasks assigned by VP-ODC.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management and the like, fluent in English.
  2. Proven multi-site or regional leadership experience, working experience in multinational company.
  3. Business analytical skills, data-driven and process mined.
  4. Good communication and coordination skills, including experience in cross-region, cross-departmental collaboration.
  5. Have a good understanding of digital technology trend.
  6. Proven experience in program and project management.
  7. Conscientious and responsible, strong resistance to pressure and self-motivation, good time management and willingness to learn.
