We Are Looking For

• University graduates and experienced professionals from Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI or related disciplines
• Curious, adaptable and quick learners with an analytical and growth mindset
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies, and the drive to turn ideas into real business impact
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Comfortable using AI-powered and digital productivity tools in everyday work
• For technology roles: hands-on experience in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), data and machine learning, or generative AI / LLM applications is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an advantage
• Open to building a career in Hong Kong
