Senior Finance Accountant

1. Financial Reporting & Closing

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain compliance with PFRS and company policies
• Oversee GL reconciliations and account analysis
• Review journal entries for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure proper classification and recording of transactions

2. Audit Support

• Lead the preparation of schedules for internal and external audits
• Address audit findings and implement corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies

3. Compliance & Taxation

• Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies
• Prepare necessary documentations and review BIR tax returns
• Properly report transactions on the government tax payments
• Ensure compliance with BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) requirements

• Experience handling BIR audits is an advantage

4. Regional support

• Prepare reporting documentation as required by region / PH internal team

General Requirements:

• Licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• With at least 4 years of extensive accounting experience
• Experience in general accounting, financial reporting, audit management and corporate tax filing
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite, SAP, etc)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
