Content Operations Executive

  • Manage end-to-end content ingestion across gaming, video, and VIU Originals, including asset handling and delivery
  • Work closely with content partners to onboard content, guide them on ingestion standards, and ensure timely receipt of assets
  • Troubleshoot ingestion issues, coordinate with engineering teams for fixes, and share updates with internal stakeholders
  • Oversee metadata, XML, and file management while maintaining high accuracy and organization
  • Bring 1-3 years’ digital content experience with strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
