Digital Marketing Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations:
● Day-to-day optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across the region to ensure workstreams are delivered and aligned with the planned outcome
● Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end campaigns across social media, Google Marketing Suite and other advertising platforms.
● Craft copies, captions, and descriptions for multiple content formats and channels, including digital, social, and video, and ensure quality ad asset production from creative to copies
● Contribute valuable and insightful inputs daily on plans and campaign optimisations, with reference to internal data where applicable
● Work closely with the local marketing teams to formulate and implement strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
● Support in other projects and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Digital Marketing SEA & HK
● Assist in compiling performance reports and presentations as a regular practice for management
What are we looking for?
● Strong technical expertise in the digital performance marketing space (App business preferred) with hands-on platform experience
● Expertise in analysing data and making decisions for favourable business outcomes
● Quick in decision-making and comfortable to pivot as per the requirement
● Handle change and ensure collaboration within the team and extended marketing teams
JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or its equivalent.
● Minimum 1 year of work experience within digital marketing with campaign management capability
● Understanding of digital and social media, best practices
● Strong organisational and communication skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Positive attitude to work, meticulous and attentive to detail
● Collaborative team player who has the business objectives in mind and constantly works toward them
● Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple ongoing projects on time
