Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to support the development and growth of our digital product strategy and fan engagement ecosystem for the artiste group. You will play a key role in managing digital platforms, executing fan engagement initiatives, and building a vibrant fan community through online and offline experiences.

 

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Artiste Management, Production) to deliver digital initiatives, enhance fan experiences, and contribute to business growth.

 

Digital Product & Platform

  • Support the end-to-end management of digital products and platforms, including market research, competitive analysis, roadmap execution, requirements gathering, launch coordination, and post-launch optimization
  • Execute digital marketing and product initiatives aligned with the company’s vision, artiste branding, and revenue objectives
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
  • Contribute to product strategy documents, including use cases, business cases, and performance analysis
  • Drive data-informed improvements by analyzing user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics

 

Fan Community & Engagement

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and growth of the official fan club, including membership programs, benefits, and retention activities
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute fan engagement initiatives such as online campaigns, virtual events, and offline fan meets
  • Strengthen emotional connections between the artiste group and fans through creative community experiences across digital and offline channels

 

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Execute integrated digital marketing strategies (social media, content, SEO, paid media, CRM, etc.) to drive fan acquisition, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches with effective go-to-market and communications plans
  • Track and report on key KPIs such as user growth, engagement rates, retention, revenue per user, and campaign performance; recommend optimizations

 

What makes you succeed: 

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, product management, or digital projects
  • Hands-on experience in launching or scaling digital products/platforms, preferably in entertainment, media, or consumer industries (experience in artiste/fan community management is a strong advantage)
  • Solid experience in community building, fan engagement, and event execution
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), CRM systems, and current digital trends
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Creative mindset combined with business acumen and a data-driven approach
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, web/mobile technologies, and software development processes is preferred
  • Knowledge of software development processes, web/mobile technologies, and agile methodologies is highly preferred
