Senior Creative Producer (AI)

Your New Role:

We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer (AI) with a strong creative mindset and hands-on experience in AI-assisted design. This role combines creative thinking, visual storytelling, and client-facing communication, with opportunities to lead a small creative team and explore new AI-driven workflows. Main responsibilities include:

• Lead creative concept development, including visual ideas and creative writing for campaigns and projects
• Use AI tools to generate and refine creative outputs, from ideation to final delivery
• Communicate directly with clients to understand briefs, present ideas, and manage feedback
• Manage and mentor a small design team, ensuring quality and consistency
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative solutions on time and within scope

• Solid experience in client communication and presentation
• Proven ability to manage and guide a small creative team
• Hands-on knowledge of AI creative tools, including but not limited to:

        - Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly (and other Adobe AI features)

• Background in design, visual arts, or related creative fields
• Basic understanding of video shooting and editing concepts is a plus
• Ability to balance creativity with practical project requirements
• Experience in branding, marketing, or digital campaigns is preferrable
• Interest in experimenting with emerging AI and creative technologies
• Portfolio showcasing AI-assisted or concept-driven work
