Artiste Management Manager

We are seeking an experienced Artiste Management Manager to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for growing the company's artiste business, including partnership, external job, and other revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Additionally, this position will require strong project management skills to ensure the successful execution of various initiatives.

Your New Role:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the profit of the company's entertainment business, including partnership, external job, and other revenue streams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Negotiate and manage relationship with other companies and event partners to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including event, finance, and legal, to ensure business objectives are met.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasting for artiste business.

What makes you succeed:  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in business development or related field, previous experience in the entertainment industry will be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting for a business.
• Experience in project management, including developing project plans, managing resources, and monitoring progress.
• Good command in both written and spoken of Chinese and English
