Account Manager, Artiste Management
We are seeking a proactive and organized Account Manager - Artiste Management to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Artiste Account Management, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brands and external accounts, as well as overseeing advertisement and marketing opportunities for our artiste groups. This role requires excellent client relationship management, strong organizational skills, and a keen ability to maintain financial accountability.
Your New Role:
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and external clients, managing their advertising campaigns and initiatives involving our artiste groups
- Identify Opportunities: Actively seek out and propose new opportunities for artistes to collaborate with external brands on advertisements, and sponsorships initiatives
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and successful execution
- Payment & Billing: Keep track of client payments, invoicing, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and timely
- Profit & Loss Management: Oversee and maintain a positive P&L, ensuring profitable and efficient management of artiste-related accounts and operations
- Artiste Branding & Image Development: Work closely with artiste managers to enhance and build the branding and image of artistes through advertising exposures and strategic partnerships
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist on Business Development and Merchandise projects, providing support as needed to ensure successful execution
What makes you succeed:
- University degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field
- 5-6 years previous experience in account servicing, sales, or client management is highly preferred
- Strong customer management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable with numbers and able to manage financial aspects such as invoicing, billing, and profit & loss tracking
- Strong attention to detail, proactive, solution-oriented, and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
