Senior Director - Sales and Partnership
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
As a Senior Director of Sales & Partnerships, you'd hold a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and forging strategic alliances for Viu within the Advertising Scope:
Sales Strategy
· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. This involves analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and creating plans to capitalize on them in the objective to deliver Viu’s revenue AVOD annual Target, with strong go to market strategy in pitching Viu to top brands & clients.
· In depth Indonesia Market coverage to enable & maximize reach out to possible brands
· Possess the understanding in Sales & Partnership strategy with the priorities in mind to pitch Viu & offer 360 brand solutions in front of the decision makers at brand’s & agency sides
· Providing solutions to brands through Inventory+ sponsorship +partnership +on ground event sales
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their targets. This includes to guide and allocate business proprieties to team members and help them with senior level relationship both at client and agency end, setting performance goals, conducting regular performance reviews.
Partnership Development:
Identify potential partners and cultivate relationships to create mutually beneficial alliances. This might involve negotiating partnerships, joint business, or distribution agreements to expand the reach of Viu products or services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, providing Viu 360 business solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction. This involves regular communication, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Over 15+ years of experience in Sales & Partnerships, preferably in a mid to large multinational company with aggressive revenue target manged under portfolio
· Dynamic self-driven, a keen sales hunter, high achiever and self-Motivated
· Solution centric mindset to craft and offer solutions to Brands and agencies.
· Proven track record on achieving aggressive targets year on year
· Strong Sales planning skills to strategize revenues on monthly and annual basis.
· Project based P&L management
· Strong mindset to promote Market Positioning in OTT as a new TV in Indonesia
· Has the ability in Brands and agency mapping to ensure maximum coverage of clients reach through propositions.
· Complete knowledge of digital media landscape, with strong direct client network relations and a complete understanding of media Agency landscape.
· Excellent communication skills – Bahasa + English
· Excellent story telling & presentation delivering skills
· Excellent analytical skills
