Production Project Manager (Regional)

We're looking for a Production Project Manager with experience in Southeast Asia (e.g., Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines) and Korea to manage multimedia production projects tailored to these dynamic markets. You'll handle end-to-end operations and project management for all regional Viu Originals projects and ad-funded projects.

Your Role

• To assist Head of Viu Originals with day-to-day operations of all Viu Originals projects. 
• Project Management: Oversee production lifecycles for projects, managing timelines, budgets and all logistic and admin matters.
• Internal communication: Liaise closely with internal parties for production matters, such as finance, legal, programming and sales department.
• External communication: Assist in liaising with external parties such as production companies, talent management, clients and government bodies.
• Creatives, including participating in concept creations, proposals and quality controls for projects.

To Succeed in this role

• Experience: 3+ years in production, with 2+ years hands-on in Southeast Asia and/or Korea (e.g., co-producing K-dramas, K-variety and similar projects in SEA.
• Multilingual: Fluent English + Korean/SEA language (e.g., Bahasa, Thai or Tagalog).
• Application in production software is an advantage.
• Cultural expertise: Navigating hierarchical Korean workstyles vs. flexible SEA approaches, with sensitivity to diverse markets.
• Soft Skills: Great communication skill and quick adapter to regional customs.
