GTM Account Lead – Transportation (Railway)
Job Description
- Grow and maintain customer relationships through deep understanding of their business.
- Establish C-level executive relationships with key target accounts and articulate the value propositions of our smart solutions to C-Suite executives and key stakeholders to nurture leads
- Develop account plans and own the P&Ls for accounts owned.
- Land and expand our smart digital solutions and services landscape in our customers.
- Contribute to the development of customer budget or investment plan that help grow our solutions and services with the customers.
- Understand customer's business strategy (e.g. digital/smart transformation strategy) to effectively influence and partner with customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, qualify and drive the opportunities by identifying the needs of customers and translating those requirements into business models/solutions that can be executed across the organization through working in close partnership with service offering, marketing, operations, and other functional teams.
- Lead an opportunity to complete the customer required solution and service needs.
- Identify and address the risks, manage the business needs, and resolve issues.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree holder and above in IT, CS, Electronics/Information/Communications Engineering or related disciplines, possession of business related Master Degree is a plus.
- 10+ Years ICT experience in solution and services selling in transportation related segment (railway operators, transportation relevant government departments etc.)
- Knowledge/Experiences with technologies associated with intelligent/smart transportation
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Proven experience in delivering P&Ls, managing portfolio and driving growth as a business lead
- Energetic with passion to drive with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Effective client-facing and good business communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
