Vice President

Job Role:

This role will be responsible for the project and workstream management of the eMPF project, including overall project management of digital uptake initiatives for all workstreams, with specific focus on WS4 (external engagement and collaboration) and WS6 (trainings for HR practitioners personnel training).  This role will also be responsible for eMPF digital uptake budget management and contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management roles, preferably within a PMO environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in managing digital uptake initiatives or similar projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
