Vice President/ Assistant Vice President, eMPF

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the operations and ensuring exceptional support for our eMPF business. This role involves developing integrating advanced technology solutions, and maintaining compliance with MPF regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency while fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Your Role

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality support for clients
• Develop and implement future support models for the business, focusing on operational efficiency and agent satisfaction
• Establish comprehensive training programs for staff to ensure they are well-versed in regulatory changes and operational best practices
• Spearhead key projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, including initiatives enabling electronic means for MPF personal transfers
• Manage cross-functional teams during significant transitions such as acquisitions or system upgrades to ensure successful project execution
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, trustees, and regulatory bodies to align on operational goals

To succeed in this Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in operations management within financial services or related industries; experience in MPF is highly desirable
• Proven track record in leading large-scale projects from conception through execution
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams across multiple functions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
