Talent Acquisition Executive
Your role
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job briefing, sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer preparation
- Conduct candidate sourcing using multiple channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Conduct initial screening interviews and support structured interview and assessment processes for professional roles
- Provide basic market insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks and candidate availability
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to attract suitable talents
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS
To succeed in this role
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Hands‑on experience in sourcing via digital channels
- Good understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels
- Well‑organised, detail‑minded and able to handle multiple hiring priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
