Systems Administrator
Responsibilities
- To monitor and report on Service Levels
- To conduct regular review on Service Level Agreement with related teams
- To conduct regular review on the Service Level Target
- To prepare monthly performance report on Service Level
- To assist management on Service Level related issue
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Diploma in any discipline related to Information Technology / Computer or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working experience in IT service industry and familiar with IT governance
- Good practical experiences in using MS Offices such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge and experience in IT service will be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
