Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

  • To monitor and report on Service Levels
  • To conduct regular review on Service Level Agreement with related teams
  • To conduct regular review on the Service Level Target
  • To prepare monthly performance report on Service Level
  • To assist management on Service Level related issue

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Diploma in any discipline related to Information Technology / Computer or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in IT service industry and familiar with IT governance
  • Good practical experiences in using MS Offices such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge and experience in IT service will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
