• Working Location: HK – ETT office
• Experience: 3–8 years’ experience
• Strong business knowledge and technical background
• Documentation on Functional specifications and technical specifications
• Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle)
• Well communication with users and IT developers
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and other related frameworks for microservices development.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for software development, security, and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development landscape.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conducted code reviews and provided constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and address team performance issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
