Solution Analyst
The job description for the A9 Document Administrator:
- Manage and organize the A9 document repository and maintain versions for tracking
- Maintain document templates and document updating standard procedures
- Liaise with PCCWS related parties to update and maintain the A9 documents
- Interface with PC related parties for submission and “NFC” of A9 document, including comment tracking and responses
- Manage and coordinate the A9 document update and approval time schedule
- Assist PCCWS team members to clarify PC provided comments and requests, organize meetings for both parties to resolve outstanding issues and comments
- Organize management meeting with management, PC and PCCWS assigned personnel to resolve A9 related issues and disputes
- Provide regular reports to management to display the A9 document update status
Qualification - University graduate or equivalent
- 5 years experiences in IT industry
- Proficient in document updates and document version control
- Good communication and coordination skills/experience
- A proactive problem solver and enthusiastic team member
