Senior Executive/ Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular on-site visits to corporate and business clients, providing expert guidance to facilitate their onboarding onto Hong Kong’s leading digital pension platform.
• Deliver engaging on-site training sessions and provide hands-on support to enterprises and communities, driving the transition from offline to digital user experience.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate on the design and execution of innovative workshops, campaigns, and events that drive digital adoption and community engagement.
• Manage and execute assigned projects efficiently, contributing to the team’s overall success.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in social sciences, marketing, business administration, fintech, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Enthusiastic in learning new things and proposing new initiatives and positive mindset, Passionate for digital innovation and committed to promote digitalization.
• A proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, skillful at presenting in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
