Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Manager, Scheme Payment. This role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in financial operations and a strong understanding of retirement schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end scheme payment operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
• Lead and supervise the team in executing scheme-related transactions in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance process efficiency and strengthen control measures
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in workflow, control frameworks, and service quality

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or audit firms
• Exposure to retirement scheme operations, particularly MPF and/or ORSO, will be a strong advantage
• Student member of a recognized professional accounting body is a big plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity and commitment to quality
