Manager/ Assistant Manager, eMPF
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our eMPF business. This role will focus on developing and integrating advanced technology solutions while maintaining compliance with MPF regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative support models that prioritize operational efficiency and agent satisfaction.
- Establish comprehensive training programs for staff to keep them informed about regulatory changes and operational best practices.
- Lead key projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, including initiatives that facilitate electronic MPF personal transfers.
- Manage cross-functional teams during significant transitions such as acquisitions or system upgrades to ensure successful project execution.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, trustees, and regulatory bodies to align on operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management within financial services or related industries; experience in MPF is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception through execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
