Contract Management Officer

Responsibilities: 

  • As a member of Contract Management Team (CMT) supporting PCCWS 

project team in the delivery and operation of a large-scale financial system integration (SI) project in Hong Kong public sector. 

  • Contract variation support: consolidate potential contractual change requirements, impact to scope, schedule, and cost from PCCWS project teams for CMT to review and prepare appropriate contract variation documentation, e.g. Project Change Request Form (CRF), and follow up management review and approval status to such contract variation 

  • Contract repository management: support CMT to manage and maintain a repository of contractual documentation and identify key information from contract repository per request 

  • Project reporting: consolidate project status data, e.g. SLA data, from various PCCWS project teams' leaders, review and consolidate into required project documentation drafts for CMT review before submission to customer on regular or ad-hoc basis 

  • Meeting arrangement: liaise with various PCCWS, subcontractors and customer teams to schedule meeting and prepare necessary meeting materials, e.g. meeting presentation 

  • Ad-hoc tasks: understand and resolve matters or provide support related to customer's contract and PCCWS' subcontracts per CMT and various PCCWS project teams 

Requirements: 

 

  • Diploma or degree holder with 1-2 year legal and/or contractual working experience. 

  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing. 

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua / Mandarin). 

  • Excellent attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
