Business Architect

This role will manage the design and implementation of eMPF and business systems by analyzing and synthesizing business processes, technologies, and data.  This role requires a deep understanding of the MPF operational process and analytical skills with a strong grasp of business operations and IT systems.

Your Role

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for MPF operational processes
• Analyze the existing flows of MPF operational processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Work closely with developers to design, implement, and manage the stakeholders to deliver the systems or functions that comply with the relevant regulations or the industry standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business models reflecting our operational processes and systems.
• Assess and evaluate the hardware and software technologies to fulfill business needs.
• Design and execute system tests to validate performance against specifications.
• Coordinate the documentation process for business analysis and system architecture.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve business processes and systems understanding across the company.

To Succeed in this Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the MPF, pension of financial services industry.
• Business knowledge in MPF scheme operations is highly preferred.
• Proven working experience in data analytics is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes for MPF industry and regulatory requirements
• Strong SQL/programming skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage projects involving cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
