Business Analyst

Your role

• Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment of prioritization, resource allocation, and schedules.

• Lead the execution of trustee onboarding activities during the data migration phase, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on progress and timelines.

• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, proactively addressing any onboarding challenges that may arise.

• Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation to streamline the process for upcoming schemes.

• Maintain comprehensive project records and assist in providing regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and potential risks.

• Support the roster and work in shift during critical testing period and system go live period

To succeed in this role

• A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in Business analyst and project management

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines

• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience in data migration or IT projects is a plus

• Any relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM or Agile) are a plus but not required

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Proficient experience in using Microsoft Office Suite
