Service Offering Lead – Audio/Visual Systems

Job Description

• Lead ELV solutions/services teams for technical presales support, provision of operations & maintenance services, and system integration project delivery, both locally and regionally
• Strengthen existing and create new capabilities in Audio/Visual Systems services and solutions - horizontal and industry skills
• Deliver P&Ls, participate in pre-sales and develop new solution offerings in alignment with market needs arising from GTM teams of different industries.
• Nurture partnership with related technology / product vendors and services providers;
• Collaborate with GTM teams to develop go-to-market strategies to drive business growth

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree holder and above in Electronics/Electrical/Information/Communications Engineering or related disciplines, possession of engineering or business related Master Degree is a plus.
• Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in engineering projects presales support and delivery for clients locally / regionally in Audio/Visual Systems; relevant experience in large-scale display, planetarium, information display systems  is definitely a plus
• Proven program and project management experience, and possession of government project experience is a plus
• Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
• Proven experience in delivering P&Ls, managing large-scaled complex projects and driving growth as a business lead
• Energetic with passion to drive with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Effective client-facing and good business communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
