We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the operations and ensuring exceptional support for our eMPF business. This role involves developing integrating advanced technology solutions, and maintaining compliance with MPF regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency while fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative operational support models that prioritize operational efficiency and agent satisfaction
- Establish comprehensive training programs for staff to keep them informed about regulatory changes and operational best practices.
- Lead key projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, including initiatives that facilitate electronic MPF personal transfers, payment process enhancements, and system improvements.
- Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams and meetings for BAU functions or system enhancement to ensure successful execution.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, trustees, and regulatory bodies to align on operational goals.
- Provide strong project management and stakeholder coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc operational analysis and reporting to support operation
To Succeed in this Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operation/ business analytics / accounting fields. Experience in the MPF / pension industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of English and Chinese is essential.
- Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIF, etc.), MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Driven, positive, highly structured, proactive, and analytical;
- Keen and willing to work in a start-up style environment with all the flexibility that requires and level of change involved.
