Accountant

Your role: 

The successful candidate will provide accounting support to our financial accounting team including 

• Engage in month end closing, prepare journal entries
• Handle full set of accounts and tax compliance
• Involve in the annual budgeting process and management accounting activities for certain finance department
• Liaise with auditors to issue statutory accounts of certain group companies and support various ad hoc projects

To succeed in this role:

• Qualified Accountant with Bachelor degree in related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Candidate with both Big 4 and a listed company experience is preferred but not essential
• Technically competent and familiar with Hong Kong financial reporting standards
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent and proactive with a positive attitude and able to meet tight timelines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Good team player with good analytical and communication skills
• Full familiarity in MS Excel. Prior experience in Oracle accounting system/ Hyperion is an advantage
• High caliber candidate may be considered as a Senior Accountant
