Be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) system, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities includes supporting the day-to-day operations of the HK eMPF system, assisting in resolving system-related issues and provide technical support to internal users, preparing and maintaining regular reports on system performance, usage statistics, and compliance metrics for internal review, collaborating stakeholders to ensure alignment with MPF-related operational needs.
