Growth Marketing & Engagement Executive
Key Objective: He/She will be responsible for helping to drive customer loyalty and retention online through the delivery of insights and targeted customer communications via CRM platforms (Clevertap/Braze).
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- As owner of the CRM Platform campaigns (e.g., email, push notification), she will be responsible for ensuring that targets are communicated and work with the team to develop and deliver the campaigns strategy/roadmap to deliver against targets.
- Create campaigns on CRM Platform with creative contents
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders including Design team, Subscription, Marketing, and other departments
- Manage the scheduling, testing and deployment of campaigns using the CRM platform ensuring all tracking are applied correctly to facilitate accurate performance monitoring.
- Work with team to implement tactical customer lifecycle campaigns via CRM Platform following the customer segmentation analysis.
- Track and review the performance against the targets
